Job Description
Position: Contracts Manager – Oxford
Salary: £55k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme + Benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week
Overview: TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering Oxford.
This Retrofit Contracts Manager will be managing the delivery of various retrofit works (insulation, ventilation, door/window replacements, etc.), as well as overseeing contracts from inception to completion, compliance, client expectations, meetings and enquiries, managing all documentation, and more.
This role offers a salary of £55k, along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, and 21 days holiday + BH’s.
Minimum Requirements:
- CSCS managers card
- SMSTS
- IOSH
- At least 4 years RECENT experience carrying out retrofit works
