Commissioning Managers close to Chester, listen up.
How would you fancy the opportunity of opening a brand new nursing home? This is an unrivalled opportunity to put your own stamp on a new opening, building a new team around you.
This well established former Care Home has been given new life and seen considerable investment, now they need someone to open it. Part of an already established group who have a formula for success.
You will be well supported in your role, with forward-thinking Directors who have been well received by the other Home Managers.
Autonomy is still really important to them; they want their managers to feel comfortable in leading their teams as they see fit, after all this will be your home, your business.
Is this job for me?
If you are an experienced Home Manager looking for a new chapter in your career, this could be it. Maybe you are an experienced Home Manager that has not yet been able to open your own new service, but would jump at the chance to. You could be a nurse or non-nurse manager, but with the benefit of having led clinicians before, after all this is a nursing home.
A good knowledge of the CIW or CQC with a history of good reports will be important. You will have achieved your NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management or be working towards it. Experienced Deputy Managers may also be considered.
