Job Description
Attribution Search are supporting a Global Credit Investment Manager who are looking to add to their existing team in London.
They are seeking a graduate with placement experience within financial services looking to start their career in Finance.
Daily tasks include:
- Monitoring and reconciling cash, positions, and CLO compliance tests.
- Generating investor reports and waterfall calculations.
- Preparing test trade scenarios, modelling, and verifying CLO and warehouse compliance.
- Reviewing CLO governing documents to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Navigating the CLO lifecycle (Closings, Effective Dates, Resets, and Refinancings).
- Collaborating with internal IT teams to improve processes.
- Handling ad-hoc projects.
- Maintaining communication with internal teams, corporate service providers, trustees, and administrators.
The business is looking for a junior candidate with under a year\’s experience and will provide one-to-one training/support to the successful candidate.
Candidates must be educated to degree level and have between 3-12 months experience ideally in Loans, CLOs, or Fixed Income.
