Client Director – £60,000-£70,000 DOE – London / Hybrid
A leading brand agency, creating iconic and future-facing brands, seeking a Client Director with a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously seek and implement enhancements to strengthen client relationships and drive long-term success.
- Analyse insights from multiple sources, applying strategic judgment to address challenges, seize opportunities, and manage escalations as a senior point of contact.
- Build deep, long-term relationships by providing expert consultation and strategic guidance, earning a reputation as a valued advisor.
- Proactively nurture client connections, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and drive business growth.
- Collaborate on case studies and PR initiatives, crafting compelling narratives that showcase agency work and strengthen industry presence.
- Deliver compelling presentations with confidence, even in high-pressure situations.
- Actively engage in industry events to expand agency reach, forge new connections, and uncover business opportunities.
- Craft compelling proposals of varying complexity for new opportunities with existing clients, leveraging insights to expand scope and drive growth.
- Proactively implement client growth strategies in collaboration with the Head of Department.
- Develop tailored client growth strategies based on forecasts, ensuring proactive business development and long-term success.
- Partner with the Business Development team to pursue new opportunities, attending client introductions and reviewing key commercial elements.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years managing client relationships in a brand design agency setting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale global brand transformations.
- Expertise in design, strategy, branding, or a related field is essential.
- Packaging experience is ideal, but not essential.
- A skilled communicator with strong listening abilities, adapting messaging to different audiences.
- Persuasive and clear in both verbal and written communication, ensuring alignment and impact.
- Ability to take full responsibility for client success, fostering long-term relationships and driving account growth from initial engagements to expanded partnerships.
