Job Description

Senior Business Process Analyst – Drive Transformation and Innovation!

Are you a process improvement expert with a passion for streamlining workflows and driving digital transformation? Do you thrive on solving complex business challenges and delivering measurable results? If so, we want to hear from you!

Location: London/Hybrid

Rate: Negotiable

Contract: 12 Months

What we\’re looking for:

  1. 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst on large and complex projects .
  2. At least 3 years of experience using BPM tools like ARIS, Signavio, or Blueworks (or strong process visualisation and notation skills).
  3. Proven expertise in process reengineering , Value Stream Mapping , Pareto Analysis , and Cause and Effect Diagrams .
  4. Experience facilitating workshops with SMEs and senior stakeholders to model current-state processes.
  5. Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
  6. A track record of developing business and digital automation requirements .
  7. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders and drive buy-in.
  8. Experience creating instructional and procedural documentation .
