Job Description
Senior BMS Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
I am representing a Leading BMS Company based in London who are looking to take on an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead and manage projects as well as overseeing contractual and commercial aspects of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly project applications and manage subcontractor applications and certifications.
- Supervise subcontractors and commissioning resources daily.
- Maintain close client communication, ensuring detailed progress updates and reports.
- Prepare and manage detailed project work programs and schedules.
- Conduct risk assessments, prepare method statements, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Deliver projects from handover through design, installation, and commissioning to final account.
- Provide support in the preparation of monthly cost and project reports for board presentations.
- Travel to project sites as needed and adjust working hours to meet project demands.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Services, ideally in Project Management, managing packages valued at £250k+.
At least 5 years working with BMS and/or control systems.
