Job Description

BIM Information Manager
Central London
Up to £65k DOE plus benefits

Our client is seeking a skilled and driven individual to join their BIM Team as an Information Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to some of the UK’s most high-profile projects, all while expanding your expertise in both technical and leadership aspects. If you’re passionate about data and using it to inform decision-making, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management: Handle large data sets, ensuring they are validated, structured, and analysed accurately.
  2. Information Coordination: Oversee project data management, ensuring it adheres to standards and is fully compliant.
  3. Collaboration: Support the project team by delivering precise and timely reports that guide key decision-making.
  4. Standards Compliance: Enforce the correct application of BIM standards, maintaining consistency and integrity across all data.
  5. Reporting: Develop and maintain data dashboards, progress updates, and other visual reports to highlight essential insights.
  6. Learning and Development: Engage in training to grow your knowledge of BIM tools and methodologies like Revit, Navisworks, PowerBI, Python, and other data management systems.
  7. Problem Solving: Address data inefficiencies and inconsistencies, offering solutions to streamline data workflows and improve project outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience working with large data sets and conducting data analysis.
  2. Expertise in tools like Excel, Power BI, or other similar data management software.
  3. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  4. Enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  6. Deep understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
