Assistant to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential
Location: London
Salary: £45k-£60k + benefits

The Role
The successful candidate will work under the mentorship and guidance of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will work on multiple concurrent projects within the division that handle special works projects valued up to £8m. You will work closely with the project delivery team, ensuring budgets, procurement, and cost management are effectively handled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost control, variations, valuations, and reporting to ensure the project stays within budget.
- Assisting with final accounts and interfacing with subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.
- Collaborating with the project team to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.
