Location: London – East

Salary: Circa £60,000 – £70,000 per annum plus car allowance & bonuses

Compass Associates are excited to exclusively partner with a leading provider within the Consumer Health market to recruit for an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of well-performing sites.

This newly created role is an opportunity to join a well-established, market leader and be a part of their exciting journey ahead!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and support your portfolio of sites to achieve financial and commercial targets.
2. Increase private patient referrals and profitability.
3. Work closely with the Regional Operations Director to ensure effective marketing of services and maintain high service quality.
4. Support sites through strong commercial acumen to achieve business goals around growth and transformation.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in business management, business transformation, people development, and financial acumen.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
3. Strong business acumen with strategic and creative thinking.
4. Experience within the Consumer Market is essential; those without a healthcare or retail background need not apply.

The role will involve travel across your portfolio of sites; therefore, applicants must be comfortable with travel.
