Do you have an eye for detail and a love for bespoke projects? We are looking for a talented and experienced Part III Architect to join a high-end boutique Architecture firm in groovy Shoreditch. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in high-end residential architecture, a solid grasp of both AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, and a passion for working in a client-facing role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from design through to completion, ensuring the highest standard of quality is maintained.
- Communicate directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored design solutions.
- Be involved in all stages of the project, including producing detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project.
- Oversee and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with the team, contributing to the creative design process.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings, representing the firm’s ethos and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Part III qualification in Architecture (ARB registered or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD is essential.
