Job Title: Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Ventilation Engineer
Location: Nottingham (Commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield)
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 + Monday to Friday (40 hours) + Days + Pension + Holidays + Overtime + Training

Our company specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, handling a wide range of projects across the Midlands. We are looking for a dedicated engineer to uphold our high standards, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our services.
This is a Monday to Friday, field-based role. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration & ventilation services.
- Field-based position, Midland’s patch.
Benefits:
- £36,000 – £38,000 + Travel/Overtime potential
- OT rate at 1.5x – 2x after 40 hours
- 20 Days annual leave + 8 days statutory

The Person:
- Experienced in air conditioning, refrigeration & ventilation (5 years commercial field experience)
- Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation background (essential)
- City & Guilds F-Gas Certified (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 (minimum requirement)
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- 25 years old + (vehicle insurance purposes)
- DBS will be required & provided
- Qualified in Brazing (essential)
- 18th Edition electrical qualification
- Commercial experience of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation (essential)
- Inspection & testing of commercial fire rated dampers
