We are recruiting on behalf of an incredible, global FMCG brand seeking a skilled Supply Planner EMEA to join their supply chain team for a 9 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone with strong SAP and MRP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage supply planning across multiple product lines. As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimising stock levels, and preventing supply chain disruptions. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of supply planning processes and make a tangible impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply plans to balance stock availability and inventory efficiency.
- Utilise SAP and MRP systems to forecast demand, manage production schedules, and optimise stock levels.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure seamless supply operations.
- Manage supply chain disruptions—reacting proactively to unforeseen challenges such as supplier delays or demand fluctuations.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities through accurate planning and coordination.
- Maintain accurate data within SAP, ensuring all supply chain records are up to date.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in supply planning within an FMCG environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MRP systems (essential).
- The ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
