Job Overview: The Supply Chain Administrator will play a critical role in supporting supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include coordinating various supply chain activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Manage and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and track shipments.
  • Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update supply chain documentation.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on supply chain metrics and order status.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; strong organisational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems (particularly NetSuite) is an advantage.
