Site Manager – Restoration Specialist
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000
Location: London
Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to manage and deliver exterior and some interior restoration projects on grade I & II listed buildings within London.
About the Company:
Our client is a well-respected specialist with time served experience in the interior and exterior heritage & restoration market across London and the surrounding areas. Their main services range from restoration works, stone and brick cleaning, roof repairs, joinery, and internal refurbishments with projects covering multiple sectors from high specification residential, government, private, public, and leisure, valuing anything between £10k – £3M. Most of their work is generated through repeat business from a strong portfolio of prestigious clients.
About the Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager with experience in the restoration sector due to natural growth and ongoing expansion. The individual will be responsible for managing projects across the city of London. Your duties will include:
- Carry out such duties as instructed by the Project/Contracts Manager
- Co-ordination of direct and sub-contract and trade labour
- Ensuring overall quality control across sites
- Ensure projects meet programme requirements
- Use your skills and knowledge to perform your duties to the best of your ability
- Health and Safety compliance
- Conduct Site Inductions and Tool Box Talks
- Maintain and update site records
- Maintain and update Health & Safety File and ensure that all necessary measures are in place
