Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet business requirements, focusing on the tech stack used by the team (for most teams this is Microsoft).
- Regularly be a key contributor in one or more Agile teams, focusing on developing features and capabilities desired by the business and impacting multiple teams.
- Assist in the design and development of scalable software architecture and ensure the integration of new features with existing systems.
- Implement enhancements and provide ongoing maintenance for various products, platforms, systems, applications, and solutions.
- Drive the adoption of continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiencies across the development lifecycle.
- Research and implement sophisticated software engineering standards and practices to improve the quality and performance of software solutions.
Experience:
- Extensive experience with C# & .NET Core, MVC, Razor.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, SQL Server.
- Good fullstack development experience, ideally with React.
- Any knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be beneficial.
Salary:
They offer an excellent salary package; up to £70,000 alongside many benefits such as:
- Annual bonus paid in March - Company performance based
- 25 days a/l rising to 30 days after 5 years
- 2:1 pension (3% employee, 6% employer), up to 10% employer
- Private medical cover
- Season ticket loans, rental house deposit loan, textbook allowances, company doctor, sick pay, training, days off (2 per year)
Location:
Hybrid - 1 day a week or 20% of the month in the office (4 days a month) – Office is in London.
