Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Manager located in London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites across multiple locations, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines. They will also collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project success. Qualifications Experience in construction site management, project planning, and subcontractor management Certification or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Budget Management Quality Control Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical drawings Experience with sustainability practices in construction is a plus Working Conditions Requires on-site presence across multiple locations and must be adaptable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
