Job Description
Join a leading Property Consultancy as a Senior Programme Manager – M&A in this newly created role. Your primary responsibility will be to support the M&A team in managing and delivering corporate acquisitions, including the integration of acquired businesses.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Programme Management team.
- Develop project plans for each acquisition, identifying actions, priorities, owners, and due dates.
- Conduct internal and vendor project calls at appropriate frequencies.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in M&A, HR, Operations, Finance, IT, Governance, and Regional teams.
- Ensure each process owner stays on track with acquisition activities.
- Monitor the progress of deal flow to ensure timely completion.
- Track key documents such as the Risk Register and Integration Plan.
Integration:
- Work with the Operations and M&A teams to create an integration plan.
- Participate in weekly integration plan calls with Regions and the Regional Integrations team.
- Ensure all integration actions are completed and the integration plan is signed off as complete.
Handover and Post-Acquisition:
- Ensure handover and post-acquisition tasks are assigned to stakeholders with clearly defined responsibilities.
- Maintain and update internal records of all key documents.
Experience required:
- A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in M&A project management.
