Job Description This is the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing construction consultancy based in London, specialising in Project Management and Cost Management. Their team thrives on delivering complex and interesting projects, with a focus on High-end Commercial Offices and bespoke Hotels. The Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. You will be responsible for managing both client relationships and project teams, providing strategic guidance across a range of projects with values from £5M to £50M. Lead project teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Work on current pipeline of commercial offices and grade II listed hotels for some prestigious clients. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality control. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular project updates and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to junior project managers and staff. Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Work closely with cost consultancy teams to ensure accurate budget forecasting and cost control. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management within the construction industry. Experience managing a variety of sectors including commercial and hotels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £5M to £50M. Working towards or holding relevant Project Management qualification (e.g. RICS, APM, or equivalent) is desirable. Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
