A Senior Associate to join the International Commercial team in London focusing on commercial maritime transactions including sale and purchase, construction, finance, and corporate work. The international commercial shipping team is recognised for its commerciality and its ability to solve problems and deal with a wide range of transactions through its specialist lawyers spread across all offices.
With an extensive and proven record of experience in commercial maritime transactions, you will also have experience and knowledge of working across multiple jurisdictions and in different time zones (flexibility in working hours is essential for the role). A self-starter, you will be able to work alone and within a diverse international commercial shipping team. Experience in business development, preparation of pitches, and relationship building is also required.
