Senior Compliance Manager - Lloyd's of London

Job Description

Miryco Consultants is working with one of the top Lloyd’s of London insurers to add a Senior Compliance Manager to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most commercial and pragmatic companies in Lloyd’s and work with the Head of Compliance to implement the compliance framework and related compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Making sure systems and controls are in place to ensure that operations are compliant with all relevant regulatory bodies.
2. Execute the annual Compliance plan with support from the Compliance Team.
3. Support an open and cooperative relationship with Lloyd’s, the PRA, the FCA and the BMA.
4. Work across departments to proactively develop positive relationships as they help embed the compliance framework and execute the annual compliance plan.

Experience:

1. 6+ years’ experience working in a relevant Compliance role.
2. Experience working in Lloyd’s of London.
3. Experience managing teams with direct reports.
4. Regulatory Subject Matter Expert.

Location: City of London

Salary: £120K+
