Job Description
Cross Works is seeking Senior Architects to join its growing team in London.
We are a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated collective, looking to grow sustainably to meet an increased demand across a number of sectors. The new recruits will work on large-scale international projects at a variety of scales and typologies.
Required Knowledge and Capabilities:
- Qualified architect with at least 8 years of professional experience in practice.
- Excellent design skills with demonstrable experience on projects at multiple scales; experience on larger scale buildings and urban design projects will be required for this role.
- Ability and flexibility to work across multiple projects.
- Excellent command of Rhino is essential, with parametric design skills a bonus.
- Revit competency is useful for the role.
- Demonstrable experience at all RIBA Stages.
- Friendly and conscientious, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration with delegation experience.
- Ability to lead a project/project team with efficiency.
Competitive salary and bonus scheme; all dependent on experience and capabilities.
This position will require working full-time in an office environment in London. Remote/hybrid working is not an option for this role.
