Safety & Compliance Auditor – Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Aviation Organisation
- Location: Northampton with occasional travel
- Hybrid: 1 day remote per week

Our client, a respected leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a Safety & Compliance Auditor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organisation where safety and regulatory excellence are at the core of operations.
The Role: As a Safety & Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting internal and external audits in line with the annual audit plan
- Supporting department heads with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
- Maintaining and administering regulatory manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Assisting with the control and issuance of company authorisations
- Supporting higher-level occurrence investigations
About You: Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the aviation sector
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels
- IT proficient with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel to company bases when required, including in Northern Ireland (a full driving license and access to a vehicle required)
Desirable:
- Experience in aircraft/engine maintenance
- Knowledge of Health & Safety within an aviation environment
- A qualification in auditing and/or project management
- Experience in aviation Quality Assurance (QA)
