Neon Search is delighted to be partnering with a globally renowned luxury fashion house based in London – a brand celebrated for its distinctive design, exceptional craftsmanship, and strong retail presence worldwide. As the brand continues to scale, they’re now looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and elevate store operations across their global retail network. This is a key role bridging head office and stores – ensuring retail teams have the tools, processes, and support to deliver a seamless luxury experience. You’ll own everything from store procedures and reporting to stock management, POS systems, and training support. It’s a brilliant opportunity to shape operations across a growing store portfolio and be a true partner to retail leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations across global boutiques and retail partners
- Implement and streamline processes, policies and SOPs to support store excellence
- Manage POS systems, stock operations, store reporting and compliance
- Act as the key liaison between HQ and retail teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment
- Lead store opening and refit operations – from planning to execution
- Partner with VM, Buying, Finance, IT and HR to support all aspects of retail performance
- Support training, onboarding, and retail tools to drive service and consistency

- Experience in a retail operations role, ideally within luxury or premium fashion
- Strong understanding of store systems, stock control, and operational best practice
- Confident working in a fast-paced, scaling retail environment with global exposure
