Our client, a leading global provider of audio-visual and event services, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their expanding Residential AV Systems Integration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join a world-class AV systems integrator and take on the responsibility of managing client orders and projects from design to commissioning within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-end AV solutions, ensuring successful project execution through contract management, system design, and hands-on commissioning. Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and client satisfaction. Manage contract and project timelines, and ensure project execution meets all required standards.
- Collaboration : Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and clients to ensure the smooth running of projects. Address any issues quickly to maintain progress.
- Health & Safety : Ensure health & safety files are in place for each project, and implement safe systems of work.
- System Design : Design AV systems, considering electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client needs. Leverage proven technology while exploring new solutions.
- Financial Management : Handle all aspects of project financials, including invoicing and variations. Ensure timely payments and avoid financial exposure.
- Procurement : Research and purchase the necessary components for each system, negotiating with suppliers to ensure value for money.
- Technical Integration : Manage the integration of hardware and software within client buildings, ensuring seamless system interfacing.
- Commissioning & Configuration : Perform on-site system commissioning and configuration, ensuring all components function as expected.
- Professional Representation : Represent the company at a senior level, maintaining professionalism and building strong client relationships.
- Expertise Development : Continuously develop your technical knowledge to become an expert in a particular area of project work, serving as a resource for the organization.

- Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of Electronics and AV Systems, including components, wiring, and configuration.
