Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Regulatory Compliance Programme Manager to support the Director of Regulatory Compliance. The successful candidate will ensure the timely delivery of all compliance initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, document processes, and prepare leadership briefings. This role also involves supporting risk assessments related to the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Online Services Act (OSA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely delivery of all compliance initiatives overseen by the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
- Define relevant compliance requirements and ensure they are effectively communicated across teams.
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans for compliance initiatives.
- Document process flows and decisions to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prepare detailed briefings for leadership regarding compliance activities and initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams and projects, taking ownership of cross-functional working groups.
- Assist with risk assessments for compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Online Services Act (OSA).
Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related roles.
