I am working with a key client within telecoms who are looking for a KPI Definition Performance Engineer to work on designing, refining, and managing network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives and enhance overall network performance across 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies. The role involves working collaboratively across teams to ensure KPIs are well-defined as two providers share a Radio Network. A strong understanding of Radio knowledge and Radio KPIs is essential, and someone who comes with a background of a Radio Optimiser, Radio Engineer, or Radio Design Engineer with experience in reporting data would be ideal.
This role is a rolling Contract paying £450-480 per day inside IR35 and it will be a remotely based role with a very rare visit to Reading occasionally. The Contract will last until July, following which it will be extended.
