About the Role
In this role, you’ll oversee high-value and complex projects from the initial sales process through to service transition. You will be responsible for delivering telephony, UCaaS, CCaaS, and networking projects to medium and large enterprise businesses across the UK.

- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
- Collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to support bids and project planning.
- Ensuring smooth service transition with operational acceptance testing and system monitoring.
