About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a range of projects, from small-scale improvements to larger transformation initiatives. You’ll work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and align goals.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of test plans and project documentation.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Support governance processes, such as steering committees and progress updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, preferably with software development experience gained within the commercial insurance industry.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and project management principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, process analysis, and testing.
  • PMP certification and expertise in change management are highly advantageous.
