If you are based within the Hampshire, Surrey, or Sussex area with Main Contractor or Sub Contractor experience, looking to join a business with a strong flow of work, this opportunity may be for you.

Role: Taking control of Health and Safety processes including:
- Hazard Analysis
- SOPs
- Contractor Health and Safety Requirements
- Accident and Incident Investigation
- Carrying out toolbox talks, inductions, and inspections
- Creating site HSSE strategies and pushing safety standards
Prepared to travel during the week due to the business being very client-led rather than geographically focused. You should be ready to roll up your sleeves and set standards from the front, demonstrating a can-do attitude while building teams and sustaining long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH certification
- 5+ Years On-site experience working as a Safety Manager or Advisor
- Experience of Build and Civil Engineering Works
- History of working for Main Contractors or Sub-Contractors looking after worker welfare and safety on construction sites
- Hold a permanent employment history
