We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the charge for our client, an award-winning EdTech company making a real impact on the lives of people globally. Our client is a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on preparing 16-23 year olds for the future of work. They partner with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and international organizations to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership: Drive the product roadmap and strategy, aligning with business goals and user needs. Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration. Establish and optimize product management processes (agile, backlog, feedback loops). Collaborate closely with engineering on technical decisions and scalable architectures. Utilize data and analytics to inform product strategy and decisions. Foster strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with Partnerships.
- Growth & Engagement: Design and implement growth-focused product experiments. Optimize UX/UI for engagement and retention. Manage and grow student ambassador and referral programs. Collaborate with marketing, data, and community teams on growth initiatives. Define, track, and optimize key product and growth KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on product and growth leadership experience (ideally in a fast-growing app).
- Proven ability to lead and align stakeholders.
- Strong growth mindset and passion for learning.
- Experience scaling data-driven apps.
- Familiarity with game design/gamification (a plus).
- Technical understanding and ability to collaborate with engineers.
- Expertise in end-to-end product development.
