Job Description

I’m looking for a Power BI enthusiast to join an organisation who are at the beginning stages of their journey to become truly data-driven. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in their office in South-West London, along with the rest of the team.

In this role, you’ll be designing and delivering effective Power BI reporting solutions at a global level, and creating insight to inform decision-making across the entire business. This will include creating brand-new visualisations from scratch, as well as maintaining and updating their current reporting suite.

You will be speaking directly with varied stakeholders across the business to uncover and understand their requirements, making this a varied role with the potential to make a real impact on multiple business areas.

Their data is stored in Azure, and they’re committed to using the latest analytics technologies, including Databricks. As such, this is an excellent role for a Power BI professional to take the next step in their career, with a truly forward-thinking company!

Requirements:

  • Power BI – strong end-to-end Power BI development experience
  • Power Query – strong experience for data transformation
  • DAX – strong experience writing advanced DAX measures
  • SQL – ability to effectively query SQL databases
  • Any exposure to Databricks would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
