Responsibilities:
- Performed plumbing and fire protection design tasks as assigned.
- Experience with fire modeling, fire alarm, and automatic sprinkler system design.
- General knowledge of codes, code analysis, and specifications for mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
- Reviewed drawings for conformance to the fire and life safety strategy.
- Assisted with the development of fire suppression systems design.
- Executed mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protection) packages on both stand-alone and multidisciplinary projects.
- Conducted engineering load calculations, layout, heating piping, ductwork design, plumbing, and general coordination of mechanical discipline components for multidisciplinary projects.
Qualifications:
- Must have work authorization or legal papers to work legally in the USA.
- At least 6 years of experience in MEP & FP engineering design projects.
- Proficient and experienced in AutoCAD & REVIT.
- Knowledge of drafting and design.
