DNA Recruit are working with an Award-Winning Digital Agency who are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead and a Performance Marketing Manager to shape its growing media team and deliver high-impact campaigns for world-class clients. From engaging motor racing championship fans to driving market share in global car rentals and supporting renewable energy expansion, this role puts you at the forefront of cutting-edge media strategy.

About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Lead , you will:

  • Shape and lead the agency’s media offering, developing best-in-class media strategies.
  • Manage major campaigns across paid social, paid search, video, and programmatic channels.
  • Own key client relationships, making mission-critical decisions that drive measurable success.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies to maximise engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to execute bold and innovative media plans.
  • Use data to craft compelling stories about campaign performance and broader marketing trends.
  • Advocate for media excellence, influencing how the agency communicates and engages with media.

Skills and Experience Required
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on leader with:

  1. 6+ years’ experience in media planning, performance marketing, or a related role.
  2. A track record of delivering data-driven, high-performing media strategies.
  3. Expertise in paid social, paid search, programmatic, and video advertising.
  4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and dashboard development.
  5. The ability to make pragmatic decisions that align with business objectives.
  6. A clear and concise communication style, able to explain strategies and insights effectively.
  7. A curious mindset, always seeking to understand the ‘why’ behind trends and market shifts.
  8. A passion for simplifying complex concepts into actionable strategies.
