Role: Pega-Lead System Architect
Location: London
Salary: GBP 60k per annum
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and business SMEs to understand requirements and articulate them in alignment with Product Vision.
- Manage team productivity and ensure quality and integrity of UI.
- Ensure that application design is robust, performant, scalable, and extensible for future needs.
- Collaborate with tech leads of interfacing systems for application integrations.
- Maintain the guardrail score at the agreed level.
- Provide architectural designs for review and approval with LGIM.
- Deliver estimates at the epic level.
- Configure the system to deliver Stories.
- Escalate delivery risks to project leadership.
- Review configured rules and interact with the delivery team for clarifications.
- Conduct unit testing of configured rules.
- Support testing within the Sprint and resolve defects.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and resolve defects.
- Participate in daily stand-ups.
