Key Responsibilities:
- Performing analysis of client requirements.
- Provide detailed solution architecture and design.
- Drive the design changes and technical deliveries from an architect standpoint.
- Lead and develop applications using Pega.
- Ensure seamless data exchange with OSS/BSS customer profiles and real-time event streams.
- Define decisioning governance framework and ensure compliance with Pega best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning and optimisation of decisioning workflows.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives such as reducing churn, improving customer experience and increasing ARPU.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- As a Lead Decisioning Architect, you will be expected to own end-to-end architecture, creating, running and maintenance of offers, strategies, campaigns.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven real-time decisioning solutions using CDH framework within Pega Infinity.
- Experience in designing and developing strategy, actions, proposition, offer flow, data flow, when rules, output templates & treatments, adaptive or predictive or scorecard models, volume constraints, reports in Pega Infinity.
- Experience using NBAD (NBA Designer) for designing and implementing decisioning framework.
- Experience in working across large customer data sets, preferably in large telco.
- Runs simulations of scenarios resulting from suggested changes to the strategy, and provides input to the customer strategy group.
- Pega Marketing/Decisioning certifications and understanding of campaign management tools & processes.
