Job Description Job Title : Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager Location : Central London Salary : Up to £75,000 + Package Are you an experienced Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager looking for a new challenge? This is your opportunity to join a well-established and reputable contractor based in Central London. You’ll play a key role in managing fire protection projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with internal teams, installation crews, and clients, you’ll have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and technical expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities : Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams. Deliver briefings, toolbox talks, and other project-specific sessions. Collaborate with technical, commercial, and operational teams to address client needs. Prepare, review, and manage HSEQ documentation (e.g., RAMS, Quality Plans, ITPs, and Check Sheets) for approval prior to project initiation. Update and maintain HSEQ documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all site team members are fully informed of contract requirements. Manage and distribute project documentation to relevant team members. Maintain accurate and detailed project records. Oversee projects to ensure safety, timely completion, and adherence to budget. Work with surveyors or commercial managers to address variations, delays, or project extensions. Liaise with manufacturers to secure the appropriate project details. Promote and implement best practices in all project phases. Supervise the installation of compliant fire protection systems and solutions. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards, certification requirements, and manufacturer instructions. Provide training and onsite technical briefings to installation teams to enhance expertise. Engage directly with clients, confidently resolving construction-related queries.
