Operational Analyst, Aviation Engineering

Job Description

Operational Analyst required to work in the operational research team providing analytical support to commercial programs. You will use internal data integration and analysis tools to gather, analyze, and report on data and also provide project management support to operations driving process improvements.

Requirements

1. Experienced in driving organizational change and continuous improvement.
2. Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to adapt to internal IT systems.
3. Aviation industry operations experience.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain data structure integrity and governance within the system.
2. Support the data intelligence tools, data integration, and reporting for operational teams.
3. Support the leadership team with continuous improvement initiatives, including project management to ensure proper execution and integration.
4. Collaborate with workforce and management to understand business needs and proactively address them.
