Job Description

A leading specialist in Passive Fire Protection is looking for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler to join their team and play a key role in coordinating maintenance operations across the UK.

About the Role

Position: Maintenance Scheduler (FRA/Passive Fire)

Location: Peterborough (option to open a small satellite office in Newcastle)

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (starting)

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling and coordinating up to 20 engineers, including fire door joiners and fire stoppers
2. Planning daily workloads based on location and priority
3. Overseeing maintenance operations for key contracts, including major hospitality chains across the UK
4. Ensuring efficient team logistics and operational planning

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in scheduling and planning is essential
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
4. Previous experience in Passive Fire Protection is not required, but a background in maintenance coordination is preferred
