Johnstone Supply is looking to hire an outgoing full-time HVAC Store Manager for our Rosedale, MD branch location. Do you have experience in operations management? Do you want to work where employees are treated with respect and tend to stay a long time? If so, please keep reading!

This HVAC Store Manager position earns a competitive salary - base rate and includes monthly and yearly bonuses based on prior experience and current HVAC product knowledge. You would also be eligible for generous full-time benefits, including monthly bonuses, annual bonuses, medical, prescription, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC STORE MANAGER

As an HVAC Store Manager for one of our locations, you are a strategic leader that continually comes up with appropriate strategies to increase performance and productivity. Working with outside sales personnel, you also help develop effective sales programs and promotions for your branch. You resolve customer complaints and disputes effectively. With attention to detail and efficiency, you accurately complete transactions and paperwork. Your style of leadership fosters teamwork, respect, cooperation, accountability, and trust. You are responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operations, including the hiring, training, and supervision of branch staff. Under your exceptional leadership, all counter sales, warehouse, and delivery staff are inspired to take pride in their work and provide above-and-beyond customer service. As a hands-on leader, you model prompt, professional service when answering incoming telephone calls and greeting walk-in customers. You get great satisfaction out of regularly achieving your branch's financial targets!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC STORE MANAGER

  • HVAC industry knowledge and general knowledge of wholesale distribution including branch operations, order fulfillment, inventory control, customer service, showroom merchandising, shipping & receiving, and sales are preferred but we are willing to train the right person!
