We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Ecommerce Merchandising to join a highly successful and constantly growing online retailer. The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising will be tasked with driving sustainable growth and leading initiatives. The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising will manage a team of 5 and will develop strategies aimed at enhancing marketplace offering, maximising customer engagement and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies aimed at marketplace growth, that align with the company’s overall business aims and objectives
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships with suppliers, stakeholders and vendors
- Set KPI’s and regularly monitor these to assess the marketplace initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Regularly present performance reports
- Analyse sales performance and identify areas of opportunity
- Create a culture of continuous improvement within the team and encourage learning
Additional Information:
The Head of Ecommerce Merchandising must have exceptional knowledge of Marketplaces, with previous experience in a similar role, and have strong analytical, communication and organisational skills. This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days in the office required and 2 days working from home.
