Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Graduate Trade Desk Operations Analyst to join our high-profile client.
Our client is a top-tier global proprietary trading firm that leverages the latest technology, sophisticated algorithms, and deep knowledge to trade in capital markets globally.
This is an environment of science and intellectuals. The firm is known globally for its attitudes and rigor; more importantly, you will be surrounded by smart entrepreneurial people deeply interested in the sector who are ready to teach what they know.
We are looking for a junior or graduate with under 2 years of experience and the ability to deal with quick, difficult math problems. You will interface with various groups within the business to ensure that all trades are reflected accurately in all systems. Specifically, the Trade Desk Operations Analyst will be involved with research, rapid development execution of trade orders, automation of processes, and personal projects.
This position sits directly in a trading team and is a highly sought-after role. The role requires close collaboration with the traders, researchers, and technical parts of the business to best align technical solutions with the schedules and analytic needs of various strategies.
