Salt are excited to have exclusively partnered with a well-known retail brand that has created a newly formed eCommerce team that is going from strength to strength, and have created a new role to join them to focus on supply chain. You will help to sell a range of products and merchandise to audiences across the globe. This business has worked hard over the last years to be a leader in their field and has created a brilliant culture where your development is a priority!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with multiple suppliers and partners from start to finish (production, cost, compliance)
  • Lead contract negotiations - strong understanding of import/export laws are essential here
  • Execute demand forecasting models to improve order performance, whilst working with the product team
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing for business objectives
  • Key areas will be demand planning and forecasting, stock management, supplier relationship development, and E-commerce operations

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience operating across multiple regions in the East (with some experience within the West)
  • Understanding of international trade regulations, import/export laws, and compliance requirements
  • Over 5/6 years' experience within supply chain management on a global scale
  • Background in DTC is essential managing multiple products on E-commerce platforms
