A Freelance Interior Architect job is now available in Central London with a renowned design practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically savvy individual with a passion for luxury interiors, to work on an amazing hospitality project in the USA. Rate up to £220/day.
With a timeless design aesthetic that draws inspiration from experiences, art and design, the studio's projects can be found all around the world. Their bespoke approach results in unique and exquisite interiors for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects. Currently working on some fantastic hospitality and wellness projects, they are looking for a Freelance Interior Architect to join their London team on a 3-4 month contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Producing design packages from concept, tender and design intent construction detailing
- Working on elevations, bespoke joinery and detailed drawings
- Liaising with internal and external teams
- Assisting on the production of visuals and presentations
- Using the Imperial system for all drawings.
Required Skills & Experience
- BA Hons (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field
- 3+ years' experience working on luxury hotel or wellness projects
- Strong technical skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the imperial system is desired
- Proven experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp (Enscape experience highly beneficial)
- Immediate availability.
