Masafina is disrupting the UK food scene, supplying top restaurants with high-quality Mexican ingredients. As a small but impactful start-up, sustainability is integral to our operations. We’ve built a manufacturing site in London, where our products are freshly prepared using traditional methods passed down through in Mexico. Now we need a Finance & Supply Chain Manager to help us scale efficiently and sustainably.
Your Mission:
- Own all things finance – from management accounts, cash flow, forecasting, and budget control to ensuring financial reporting is sharp and investor-ready.
- Optimise supply chain and stock management – demand planning, purchasing, cost control, and supplier relationships to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Develop and refine ERP & inventory systems (Cin7, Unleashed, similar) to ensure seamless order-to-invoice processes and accurate stock reporting.
- Analyse performance data to drive efficiency, minimise waste, and enhance profitability.
- Oversee payroll, HR policies, and IT infrastructure, keeping everything compliant and running like clockwork.
