Job Description
We are searching for a trustworthy self-starter to join our team as a 2nd shift field operations manager, whose responsibilities include developing strategies for improved efficiency and increased profit, providing guidance and support to all staff, and collaborating with other departments. You will be required to travel frequently and stand for long periods of time.
To be successful, you should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Outstanding candidates are able to analyze processes and develop effective improvement strategies.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing various job sites analyzing operations and staff performance.
- Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies.
- Developing and implementing various quality control methods.
- Scheduling training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Setting targets and business goals, and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to other field staff.
- Ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role would be advantageous.
