MAINTENANCE MANAGER / ENGINEERING MANAGER – FAST GROWING GLOBAL MANUFACTURER – MULTI-SITE – NEWLY CREATED ROLE
to £70,000 + Bonus + Industry Leading Package/ Pension
We are partnered exclusively with a truly global Manufacturer who are recruiting for a career-driven Maintenance Manager to join their expanding business. They have won a number of significant long-term projects.
We are searching for a Maintenance Manager to support a significant turnaround in the performance of the operations and facility.
The Maintenance Manager will focus on Planned, Preventative, Predictive, and reactive maintenance through a developed Asset Care strategy across the business.
Responsibilities & Knowledge:
- Creating a Maintenance strategy
- Creating a data-driven function
- Implementation of Continuous Improvement systems
- Automation
- Computer-based Maintenance Management Systems
- Autonomous maintenance
Ideal Background:
Ideal backgrounds would be from the engineering sector specifically Aerospace, Automotive, and Defence. Other engineering backgrounds will be considered.
- Experienced Maintenance Manager from an Automotive, Aerospace, or Defence background.
- Experience of implementing an advanced Maintenance Strategy.
- Experience of Preventative and autonomous maintenance systems.
- Strong Team Player and a leader.
- Ideally an engineering degree.
