Design Lead (Contract Role) – Data Centre
Location: Consultancy Gatwick Office – Hybrid Role
Duration: 6 Months + Immediate Start
Our client, a leading data centre consultancy, is seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join their team on a contract basis. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data centre infrastructure and drive excellence in design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of state-of-the-art data centre solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and capacity planning to support project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Design Lead or similar role in the data centre industry.
