Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Infrastructure Lawyer to join a leading global law firm in London. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate infrastructure transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on and negotiate complex infrastructure deals and agreements
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate risks.
• Draft, review, and finalise legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in corporate infrastructure law to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, with a focus on infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with relevant UK and EU legislative frameworks.
