Kingsley Napley (KN) is looking to recruit a Construction (Contentious) Senior Associate to join our close-knit and growing team.

With an ambitious business plan and growing client base, the successful individual will join a committed and dynamic team of experienced lawyers looking to expand and develop the contentious construction offering.
Real estate has always sat at the heart of Kingsley Napley and the team has continued to grow from strength to strength – developing & expanding the practice to Construction & Engineering and growing out the team over the last few years.
This newly created role allows the successful individual to focus mainly on contentious work and help grow the practice. This is a growth area for the firm and a key part of the team’s business plan, offering full support and a fantastic long-term opportunity for personal growth & development. Working closely with the firm’s Construction Partner, you will primarily work on construction phase advisory and contentious construction matters , advising the firm’s clients on adjudication, litigation, mediation, arbitration, and the avoidance of disputes.
When disputes do arise, our lawyers are regularly called on to advise how best to manage and resolve the problems; however, where disputes are unavoidable, we provide a full spectrum of dispute resolution services and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.

This position offers a range of complex and interesting matters and has a particular focus on proactive business development and marketing activities.
This is a role with true and buildable scale within a full-service firm, collaborating with a number of our leading practice areas such as our Dispute Resolution team.
