Ignata Finance is partnered exclusively with a high end Global Fashion brand for the recruitment of a Commercial Planning Manager. The role reports to the Commercial Director with extensive business partnering with senior leadership across the business (UK and Nordics). We need someone who is super organised, proactive and a collaborative team player. The team is motivated and driven, and the business has a great 'people first' culture. About the role:
- Work closely with the Regional Managing Director to drive business performance.
- Business Partner with Commercial Heads, support with reports and analysis as required and challenge where necessary to drive sales.
- Own and effectively execute the Board monthly and weekly planning process.
- Own the Budget and Forecasting process for the region.
- Own & analyse forecast updates/processes for Product Ranking activities.
- Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and reporting of the key KPIs.
- Own and update the dashboard highlighting performance vs Budget and prior years.
- Building commercial terms and reporting on the impact on the business performance.
- Assist with building year end discount targets for the customers to drive performance.
- Partnering with Demand Planning teams to forecast production requirements.
- Undertake Adhoc projects as necessary.
About You:
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Planning.
- Demonstrate well-developed analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills including managing multiple tasks concurrently to meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical – Able to gain an understanding of key topics by analysis of key data rather than by performing processes.
- Communication – Ability to communicate in any format, working within a matrix organization to influence and aid the understanding of clients and business partners.
- Flexibility – Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment by balancing the needs of both Key Clients and Suppliers.
- Travel – Travel will be required 3-4 times a year based on company requirements.
